SLI-50 - Battery

The SLI-50 is a lithium-ion battery pack which provides the power for the majority of Visual Engineering’s battery powered products.

It has an integrated gas gauge circuit, which accurately measures power in and out of the cell pack. This provides charging circuits and connected system equipment with an accurate time remaining indication, both under charge and discharge conditions.

The battery pack is certified to United Nations standard UN38.3, the regulation required for safe transport.

The cells used are best in class 18650 lithium-ion cells, at 3200mAh.

The cell pack also includes a charge indicator gauge, which allows users to verify the state of the battery. A press of the indicator button displays the remaining charge of the battery on its one to five LED scale.
