Warranty, Cancellation and Refund Policy
All Visual Engineering products are supplied as standard with a 12 month 'Return to Base' warranty.

Should the fault persist or if the support team are unable to resolve the fault, it may be necessary to return the equipment. Equipment should be returned using the RMA (Returns Management Authorisation) process. Users should contact the support team on the above number and request an RMA number.
Cancelling an order
Please note that owing to the specialist nature of our equipment all products are built to order. Due to this cancellation of orders can only made during a limited time.
Once an order request has been accepted we will send you an Order Acknowledgment. Following this the order will get loaded on to our work schedule.
Orders can be cancelled at any time before we send you the Order Acknowledgment and up to 3 working days after the Order Acknowledgment is sent. Orders should be cancelled by telephone or email within this time.
Refunding an order
Providing you inform us either before the Order Acknowledgment is sent or within 2 working days of the Order Acknowledgment being sent out we will refund your order to the original card used when you placed your order. Refunds will typically be made within 7 working days.
